    What's the point of booking a Maxie taxi hours in advance to be left standing waiting for a cab that's not even coming. Booked maxi cab for 1 pm it's now 125 pm and I'm told I have to wait until one is available im now running late for a family function thank you pakenham taxi your service sucks..... You need to sort your business out and be honest up front when people book cabs and tell them u don't have the service available that you advertise to the public.. It's pretty embarrassing when you rely on a service and book in advance and then can not get to your destination....
    To say im angry is an understatement
